WPRA Pro Elite Sire Incentive (PESI)

No single annual age deadline is stated. Offspring of any age may be enrolled.

Normal fee

US$150 one time for an offspring of any age when its sire is currently enrolled, or was enrolled when the dam was bred or during the offspring’s birth year. US$250 one time when the sire is no longer enrolled and was not enrolled during the breeding or birth-year eligibility period.

Payment type

One-time lifetime enrollment fee per offspring

Late / aged-horse options

No late penalty — offspring of any age may be enrolled, but fee depends on sire enrollment status ($150 vs $250).
