Business Partner Terms

These Business Partner Terms apply to the Barrel Board Business Partners monthly listing program and supplement the general Terms & Conditions.

Subscription and Billing

The standard Business Partner listing is $20 per month unless another price is clearly displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

What the Listing Includes

A standard listing may include the approved business name, field or category, home state, service area, and one approved business or contact link. Features may evolve as the directory grows, but all standard partners are listed at the same level unless a separate upgrade is introduced and purchased later.

Application and Approval

Payment does not guarantee publication. Every listing is subject to review. We may request corrections, place a submission in an appropriate category, approve a custom “Other” category, reject a listing, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, or not a reasonable fit for the platform.

Business Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your business name, category, location, service area, and link accurate. You represent that your business operates lawfully and that you have permission to submit all information.

Renewals, Failed Payments, and Grace Period

Stripe will attempt recurring billing. If a payment fails, the listing may remain visible during a limited grace period of up to seven days while Stripe retries payment. The listing may then be paused or removed until the subscription returns to good standing.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or another cancellation method we provide. Cancellation stops future renewals. The listing may remain active through the end of the already-paid billing period and will then be paused or removed.

Refunds

Monthly subscription charges are generally nonrefundable once processed, including for partial months, unused time, lack of clicks, or a business decision to stop using the listing. We may issue a refund at our discretion where required by law or where a billing error occurred.

No Guarantee of Results

Participation does not guarantee page views, contacts, customers, revenue, search ranking, or sales. Directory visibility depends on user searches, filters, service area, category, and site traffic.

Removal and Termination

We may suspend or remove a listing for nonpayment, fraud, inaccurate information, repeated complaints, unlawful activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of applicable terms.

Changes

We may update program features or these terms. Material pricing changes will apply only as permitted by law and Stripe’s subscription rules.
